Daybreak vest, inspired by the morning skies when the first sunlight begins to appear.

Hand-built jean vest in black denim, with quilted accents at the shoulders and chest.
Retro-inspired with geometric color block pattern--this vest is perfect for layering over anything.
Built with a cropped cut for more versatility, but long enough to fit two functional pockets--this jacket is intended to hug your chest and waist, leaving your hips open.
Further adjustments can be made with its adjustable side-tabs to cinch-in the waist if you would like.

The denim used to make this design has a minimal amount of stretch, and is prewashed to soften its hand so that you will have an easy time breaking her in.
The quilted elements are made by layering a limited edition vintage fabric (blue, turquoise, mustard, rust, and black stripes)--with quilters batting, and then stitching each line. A process that takes a considerable amount of time, but I find the end result to be so rewarding!

Constructed with two roomy front pockets, and finished with brass snap closures to keep their contents safe. Vest closes with matching brass snaps along the front.

A cozy, reversible hood finishes the look--with black fleece on one side and beige sweater knit on the other. This hood is fully detachable with discrete buttons inside the vest collar for easy removal.
AND this hood is completely reversible...two styles in one!
Since this vest is designed to be worn with our without its hood, you can also opt to not purchase the hood at all.
