Upcycled/redesigned/reworked from a Claiborne dress shirt that features vertical black and grey stripes on solid white. Originally sized as a men’s medium.

Restyled to feature black fringe and ruffles along the shoulders, and an easy relaxed fit. This blouse is a little bit country and a little bit rock-n-roll. The front and back yokes are adorned with a soft ruffle accent that provide a retro western feel. Soft black fringe decorates the back and shoulders. The sleeves have been shortened and slightly widened for a breezy summer fit—both the sleeves and bottom hem are finished with black binding to match the fringe.
