Handmade and fully reversible coat, made in all sizes! Blending rugged frontier heritage with functional, bold, and stylish elements—this coat was inspired by western women’s wear and 19th century prairie/pioneer fashion.

One side features black corduroy and the other is a quilted cotton in dark brown—two distinct styles tied together with a balance of rugged durability and chic feminine shaping.

The corduroy side has a handmade flower appliqué detail along the front yoke. Princess seams and inlaid pockets create a flattering and functional shape.

The brown quilted cotton side features a vintage plaid accent fabric at the shoulders for a contrasting yoke--both fabrics are designer deadstock with limited yardage available. Thus quilted fabric is made in-house with contrasting stitching to accent the shape of the coat and its pockets.

Both sides of the coat feature two front pockets (4 total) and a curved Peter Pan collar.

The coat closes with brass snaps along the front and all edges are finished with a contrasting trim in red + tiny blue flowers.

The fit is intended to be a bit relaxed with an overall cropped length.
