The perfect linen dress with large pockets and quilt block accents along the bottom hem of its flowy skirt. Handmade from deadstock fabrics, these dresses are a limited run until the fabric runs out.

For this dress I used her Margot Dress pattern: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1585889881/the-margot-dress-and-blouse-vintage-pdf with a few added adjustments such as the quilt-block paneling along the skirt as well as at the top of the shoulders. Her pattern also uses a zipper at the side, but I love the comfort and clean line of snaps that extend along the torso--this way you can keep some of the snaps open at the bottom for a skirt slit that is as open or modest as you prefer.

The plaid of this dress uses shades of ivory, tan, black and is 100% linen with a breezy 155gsm weight. The quilt block accents at the dress hem are based off a Ribbon Star shape, commonly used in historical quilting. Shades of chocolate + white stripes contrast perfectly with a matching tan + white stripe pattern that dances across the bottom hem.
And the pockets. Oh the pockets!! They are huge and perfect.
The bodice is shaped with darts and a structured deep V neckline, and its sleeveless cut makes this dress great for layering over a fitted turtleneck when the temperatures drop.
